Our advice: follow up on all feedback, both positive and negative. Even if it’s just a thank you. Everyone wants to feel heard. They provide feedback and invest time and effort in you, so give that back to your (internal) customer. A personal approach contributes to creating even more ambassadors, and the following things are important in doing so:
