CL Feedback, All notifications

Within the CL Feedback module under the tab “all notifications”, you can see all received responses from your customer in a list. You can use the filters to request the desired list.

Explanation

  1. Filters to customize your list to your liking.
  2. Search button to implement the changes within your filters.
  3. List of reactions and detailed information.
  4. By pressing “assign” you can assign a response – a pop-up screen will appear.
  5. List of internal organization employees (see Users), to which you can assign the response. (An automatic internal email is sent, see System mail templates).

CL Feedback, My notifications

Within the CL Feedback module under the tab ‘my notifications’ you can see all responses assigned to you in a list. You can use the filters to adjust the list as desired.

Explanation

  1. Filters to customize your list to your liking.
  2. Search button to implement the changes within your filters.
  3. A list of the response assigned to you.
  4. Detailed information about the selected response.
  5. This button allows you to add notes to a comment.
  6. Track progress and changes within the selected response.
  7. Indicate whether there was a call back request in the response. (see ‘Create questions’)
  8. Detailed information about the responses of the selected response.
  9. Ability to show other answers added to ‘Survey creator’.
  10. Ability to display instructions that can be modified at ‘CLF Settings’.
  11. Here you can enter a result – a pop-up screen will appear (manage results under ‘CLF Settings’).
  12. Select the desired result from the drop-down list and click “Save”.
  13. When the desired actions have been carried out click on “report completed”. (An automatic internal email is sent, see ‘System mail templates’).
