Getting started with Focus Feedback Admin

When starting with Focus Feedback you’ll receive an introduction email. In this e-mail, Focus Feedback sends you a link where you can activate your account.

The activation link brings you to the Focus Feedback Admin platform where you can activate your account by creating your new password. After creating your password you will directly enter the startup screen of your new Focus Feedback Admin platform. For security reasons, Focus Feedback will ask you to change your password every 30 days.

You will receive a second e-mail, this e-mail contains the link you can use to open your Focus Feedback Admin platform. Don’t forget to save the link in your browser so it’s easy for you to open Focus Feedback Admin for the next times.

Logging into Focus Feedback is done by entering three information fields.

  • Email
  • Password
  • Company*

*The company field only shows if your account is connected to multiple Focus Feedback platforms. When you only have one account, this field will not be shown.

The entry field ‘Company’ will only be visible when your account is connected to multiple organizations or organizational units. Note that your company usually uses an abbreviation within Focus Feedback and not the entire name. For the abbreviation, please contact the contact person of Focus Feedback in your organization.

When logging into your Focus Feedback Admin “Dashboard I” will be opened. In the menu on the left, you have all the different modules and settings lined out.
