4) Projects

Project module

Within the projects tab, you can add or Import existing company projects into a table within Focus Feedback. You can add residents and intern colleagues to a specific project, and also you can divide a project into different phases like (purchase phase, maintenance phase, and aftercare phase). From the project tab, you can send surveys to added residents and colleagues within different phases. The project tab gives you a clear overview of the sent and received surveys.

You can find the projects tab within ‘management’ in the menu:

 

Explanation

  1. Button to create a new project
  2. Button to add respondents within your selected project
  3. The left table shows you detailed information about your project. The right table shows detailed information about the respondents within your project.
  4. When you push the button ‘To Surveys’ a pop-up screen appears. In the pop-up screen, you see the different phases within your selected project in combination with the added residents and employees. (To add phases to your projects see the Tables tab)
  5. Preview shows you a preview of the email template connected to your survey
  6. When putting a checkmark at a respondent at a chosen phase the button ‘Send’ appears in the top right corner. After making a selection who needs to get the survey you can send it by pushing this button. It is not possible to send a second phase survey when the survey of the first phase is not yet send. It is possible to send multiple surveys through different phases in one batch
  7. When the date and the checkmark appear in the row of a resident it means, the survey is sent
    1. Date and checkmark appear without a change in color: the survey is sent but there is no reaction yet
    2. Date and checkmark appear, and the background changed to green: the survey is sent, and the respondent has submitted a response
  8. When you click on one of the received survey (green color boxes) you get another pop-up screen. In this screen, you can see the detail information of the received respondent feedback. With this system, you can easily keep track of the received feedback from different projects in different phases
