Questi answers

Here you can analyze your answer sheets and export the data.

Explanation

  1. Choose your survey here. The related answers are shown in the table on the right.
  2. The answer date and time are displayed here.
  3. Shows the given answer on the rating scale question along with its numerical value.
  4. Displays the customers’ written response to your open question.
  5. With the ‘Export’ button, you can export the data to an Excel document.

Questi application startup

When you want to install the Questi module, you will need a tablet and preferably a kiosk to put the tablet in. This chapter will provide the information necessary to install your Questi module. Questi is optimized for a 9,7 inch tablet with a resolution of 768*1024. When the tablet differs from these dimensions, the pictures from this chapter can differ from the view on your tablet.

When installing Questi you can use your own tablet, or you can rent a tablet and/or kiosk. For renting a tablet and/or column please contact a Focus Feedback employee.

Step 1: Opening Questi

Open the browser on your tablet and type in: https://questi2.welcomeccs.nl

The login page will be opened. In Step 2 an explanation is available for how to transform this website into  a shortcut on the home screen of your tablet. Otherwise continue at Step 3.

Step 2: Making a Questi shortcut and adding this to your homescreen

To improve use we advise to turn the url into a shortcut for your homescreen. You can do this by clicking the “Options” or “More” button on your tablet, see picture:

Your tablet will give you a pop-up screen, scroll through until you find the “+” button with the text “Add to Home Screen”, see picture:

Your tablet gives to options to change the name and url of the shortcut. Make your desired changes or press “Add”, see picture:

After adding your shortcut, you can access Questi through the home screen of your tablet, see picture:

Step 3: Login into Questi

When you open Questi you will find yourself on the login page. You can log into Questi using the same “Username” and “Password” as you use for the Focus Feedback application. Your “Username” is an email address, the “Password” you activated when activating your Focus Feedback account. To have more information on making and activating a Focus Feedback account click here.

When logging in Questi will ask you for your company ID. The company ID is normally an abbreviation of your company. Please check with Focus Feedback for the correct company name.

Step 4: Selecting the Question

When you log on to Questi you will get a list with your created Questions. You can create and manage your Questi question within your Focus Feedback application, for more information about this subject click here. Select your desired question and Questi will open, see picture:

For example: when you select the question: “How was your day?” it will open automatically, see picture:

Now you can put Questi on the desired position in your company. The answers given by your customers will be automatically processed to a report within your Focus Feedback application. For more information on managing the back-end click here.

Questi dashboard

At this tab, your Questi dashboard is shown, and here you can analyze the collected data.

Explanation

  1. Choose your desired survey here. On the right, the dashboard will show the question that was asked.
  2. With the data filters, you can choose a desired time period to view responses from.
  3. This donut diagram shows the distribution of rating scale responses to your question. Below the donut diagram, the total number of responses for the selected period is shown. On the right side of the total amount, you can find more detailed information on the distribution of different smileys, and in the middle of the donut diagram, the calculated Focus Index is shown (between 1and10).
  4. This chart shows the distribution of responses time. Using the filter above the graph, you can toggle between hours of the day or days of the week.
  5. This chart shows the total amount of customer feedback, and its distribution, on the selected dates. With the filter above the chart, you can choose to display the data per day, per week, or per month.
  6. The blue line in both charts is the calculated Focus Index, allowing you to analyze questions with different rating scales. The blue line also functions as a trendline.
  7. In this table, the customers’ written feedback is shown. You can change the content of this table by clicking on the content of the other charts. For example, if you want to view the customer feedback from 10-03-2018, simply click on the relevant bar of the chart to display the desired results.

Questi management

In the management tab, you can create, edit, or maintain your Questi surveys.

Explanation

  1. Create or edit a Questi survey.
  2. Copy or delete a Questi survey.
  3. Give your Questi survey a name.
  4. Change the rating scale used in your survey. The ‘active’ checkbox determines if the question is used within the survey or not. The different scales available for rating are:
    • Two smileys
    • Three smileys
    • Four smileys
    • Five smileys
    • NPS question (a rating from 0 – 10)
  5. Add your desired survey question here. This is the text that will be shown to the customer above your rating scale.
  6. ‘Feedback’ gives you the option to show text after completing the survey. If ‘active’ is checked without any text, the app will show a check mark after the survey is completed. When text is added, the app will show a check mark along with that text after the customer completes the survey.
  7. Here, you can add your company logo. The company logo is shown on the top of the page within the Questi app (desired format is 150×100).
  8. Here, you can add your follow-up question, or open question. In the second column, you can change the question text. The feedback explained in point six will be shown once the customer has completed all the survey questions.

Questi module

Questi is an app that allows you to request customer feedback at any given location, and gather that feedback on the spot. It simply asks one rating question, and one open question. With this method, the customer gives you both a score and an explanation.

Questi will be integrated directly into your Focus Feedback platform—from where you can also manage your desired surveys and settings—and the customer feedback will be directly transferred into your Questi dashboard. Focus Feedback also gives you the option to export the gathered information into an Excel document.

With Questi, you can integrate customer feedback into your entire organization.

Focus Index
The Focus Index standardizes your results, and allows you to analyze Questi questions with different rating scales. With Focus Index, the different scales are formulated to an index number and presented as a mark from 1 to 10.

Using Questi

  1. Within your Focus Feedback application, create the desired rating question and open question.
  2. Open the Questi link on a tablet and log in with your personal Focus Feedback account details. Rentals for tablets and columns are available; please contact a Focus Feedback employee for more information.
  3. Place the tablet in your desired location.
  4. The customer can input their feedback, and the results are shown within your Focus Feedback application.

Your menu within Focus Feedback gives you three tabs; depending on your authorization level.
