Creating graphs and setting filters
Watch the demo video: Introducing the setting of filters
You can create charts and set filters by navigating to Manage Dashboards and selecting the desired dashboard or by creating a new dashboard through Create a Dashboard.
- Choose Add Widget
- Select Touchpoints (another term for your surveys)
- Click the Add Widget button

- Change the chart’s name here. This name will also be displayed in your dashboard.
- Touchpoints: this is another term for your surveys. You select the survey you want to display.
- Clubs/Projects: you can choose to display all clubs/projects or specific clubs/projects.
- Date field: choose whether you want to see data based on the visit date or the response date of the respondents.
- Date filter: determine the period for which you want to display data by using the calender. Or select Dynamic Period for options like This Week or This Month. These data are dynamic. For example, if it’s currently May and you choose This Month, you’ll see data for the month of May. However, when June begins, the data on June 1st will automatically update to the most recent data for June. If you choose a fixed period on the calendar, the data remains the same.
- Period: choose the period for displaying data on the chart.
- Add Filter: add additional filters such as Languages, Mediums, Regions, Scores, and Club Category here.
- Chart Models: select the chart type. Choose the desired chart and click Save Widget.
