Export

With the export function, you can download data from Focus Feedback into a PDF or Excel file, allowing you to share this data with a colleague. 

When you open this module, you will need to set filters first. 

 

  1. Export Responses: use this option to export all received feedback. 
  2. Export Classification: use this option to export classified feedback. 
  3. Show Saved Filters: choosing this will provide insights into the saved filters. 
  4. Save: click this button to save the filters. 
  5. Select Fields: add or remove columns for the export. 
  6. Start Export: once you’ve configured the filters, select Start Export. Choose between Export as CSV or Export as PDF and begin your export. 
  7. Search Function: search by email, phone number or unique identifier. 
  8. List: choose to display as a list. When you click on this you can opt for table view. 
  9. Edit Wordlist/Select a Wordlist: in the responses to open questions, you can search for words. You can filter feedback that contains specific words. Create a topic, which is a grouping of words. For each topic, associate a set of words. You can modify, create and delete words within topics. 
  10. Filter: set your filters for the criteria you want to include in the export.
