New look for manage dashboard
Perhaps the most visited page in Focus Feedback is the Manage Dashboard page. This page has now been improved and expanded with a new filter system.
You could already search dashboards by dashboard name. Now dashboards can also be filtered by:
- created by you
- shared with you
- shared by you
When the Manage Dashboard screen opens, the new filter sheet is directly at the top. It is also possible to switch between a list view or a map view:

Improved classification module
From now on you can more easily consult the feedback details while rating. You can immediately see from whom the feedback comes, but also the answers to the additional questions.

Story Widget expanded
The stories widget can be used to publish feedback on your website. You decide which feedback is posted and which is not. Just like in a store, you put your most beautiful items in the window, so you can do that too. In the previous version, you only published positive feedback. Since the update, it is also possible to publish the points for improvement. The new feature can be enabled in the story widget settings.
First version of the new and improved Email Builder
Do you have trouble with HTML and therefore more trouble formatting emails in Focus Feedback? We totally get that. That’s why we make working on an email layout easier. We’re working on a drag-and-drop environment that will make it easier to create email templates. In this release, the first version of this email builder has been released. You need the correct permissions for this. In the coming months, we will intensively test the new email builder, so that all new email layouts can be built by users from the beginning of 2023.
Improvements
- In the latest release, we added the mailing list, GPDR reporting, and blacklist modules to Focus Feedback. The tables now load correctly when opening those modules.
Fixes
- The call-to-action button that allows you to see the dashboards shared with you did not load properly when logged into Focus Feedback in some way. This has been resolved.
- The project graph was displayed incorrectly if it contained too much data, more than could fit in the graph. Now it is programmed so that the data always fits the graph.
- The CLF bucket screen did not save the card or table view correctly. This resulted in the bucket always reverting to the default table view. Now when the map view is saved, the bucket opens the screen in the correct saved view.
