Survey Creator (BSH)
We introduce the Survey Creator*: a new and improved way to build surveys.
The Survey Creator works in four steps to set up your survey. A powerful new feature is smart logic. This allows you to control the order of questions and pages based on given answers. For example, a respondent who gives a 9 or 10 can automatically be directed to a different page than someone who gives a lower score. This makes your survey smarter and more relevant.

*The module is currently in beta. If something is not working properly, you can report it directly to us via the feedback link inside the module.
NPS performance overview
The Performance Analysis dashboard has been moved to the new environment and expanded. Previously, this dashboard was only available to technical users. It can now be used by all types of employees, such as call center agents or other teams, provided an employee code is included.
By applying filters, you can view the NPS score over time. Click on a block to see the NPS per team. Click through to a team to see the NPS per team member. Want to understand why someone receives a high or low score? By clicking further, you can immediately view the related feedback for that specific person.
Sending an email from the CLF module
You can now send an email directly to your customer or member from the CLF module. With the new email button, the email address is automatically filled in, and the message opens in your own mail client. Add a subject line and send.
Deleting records from the mailing list
The mailing list shows everything the server has sent. From now on, you can directly delete test records yourself. This keeps your mailing list clean and organized.
Club/Project module in the new environment
The Club/Project module is now also available in the new environment. This module is used for manual sending. The functionality is fully identical to the existing module, but the visual style has been updated in line with the new brand colors.
Brands table (BSH)
For BSH, a new Brands table has been added, connected to the new Survey Creator. From now on, we work with global brands based on background IDs, allowing a single brand to be managed centrally.
Improvements
- You can now refresh the application without having to log in again.
- You can now switch between different companies without logging out first. Use the switch button at the bottom left of the application.
