Our customer success manager Aron has an important task, which is to keep our customers satisfied.
So he works on the enthusiasm of our customers. But what excites Aron himself? We asked him:
“Those are 2 things, namely sports and friends. I play floorball, a game with the rules of ice hockey, but without ice. It is played with a puck that you play with your feet. It is popular in Scandinavia, but not very well known in the Netherlands. I lived in Switzerland for a year to play it there at a professional level. Then I came back to the Netherlands. My friends are everything to me. A year without them was hard, so that’s one of the reasons I came back to the Netherlands. ”
This travel junkie has already discovered much of the world from North and South America to Asia and New Zealand. So we wondered where he would take us.
If you could take your colleagues all over the world for a day, where would we go?
“There is no doubt about that: to one of the high mountains in the Alps such as the Zugspitze. We would not go to the more famous mountains because they are crowded with people. In addition to being one of the most beautiful places in the world, you can’t climb such a high mountain on your own. You need a group in which trust plays a major role. That seems like it would be a nice bonding experience for our team. ”
