Focus Feedback would not be Focus Feedback without Jos. He has been a colleague from the very beginning and has helped build everything into what it is today. But Jos almost had a completely different future. After all, he had passed all tests of the army. That was cancelled at the last minute. Fortunately for us, because we did not want to miss him!
What did you like the most about Focus Feedback?
“That is making the very first version of the application. Sitting around the drawing board together and building everything as we see it in front of us. I am proud of what we have achieved, but the work of a developer is never finished. ”
That Jos likes a challenge is clear from his ambition to join the army. He could also find that kick in the staff outings of recent years.
“I enjoyed indoor skydiving and the skidding course together. But the best day out I thought was the Escape room, we had two teams and I was on the winning team! ”
Jos has solved puzzles and riddles in an escape room. As colleagues and customers who run into something tricky, we always know where to find help.
Jos started with Dave in his attic room. He has experienced a lot of moves and expansions in the team. He has also experienced the shift from complaint management to working with NPS.
How did you like working with NPS?
“It does have interfaces with complaints management, but the subject of NPS was completely new to me. With the NPS philosophy we are now really looking for things that are going well. That was new and inspiring and energizing. ”
If you walked into our office you can spot Jos’s desk immediately, because there is a yellow M&M bowl on his desk. Do you want to surprise Jos? Then fill the bowl with the yellow M & Ms (the one with peanuts) because he loves that. If you want to really surprise him, you also take cola with you, his other addiction.
If you were allowed to exchange with one of your colleagues for 1 day, who would you like to exchange with?
“With no one, I really do what I love. If I really had to choose a different profession, I would do something with my hands like a carpenter. I enjoy doing odd jobs. So where I’m building online for work now, I would like to do that physically. ”
