The Callboard is the overview of assigned feedback.

- To Do: this is where feedback that requires further follow-up is located.
- In Progress: You will find feedback that someone is currently working on but needs further attention.
- Done: this is where you can find feedback that has already been addressed. These statuses are entered in the Bucket when modifying feedback. You can also change the feedback status here. Drag the feedback to the desired column. You can also open the feedback by clicking on it. You will see the same screen as in the Bucket. You can change the status and much more.
- Show all: all assigned feedback.
- My calls: feedback that is assigned to your.
- Recently updated: this is feedback whose status has recently changed. It can be feedback from yourself or from others.
- Go to the bucket: this option takes you directly to the Bucket.
