Homescreen

You will learn more about the homescreen of Focus Feedback in this manual. When you log in to Focus Feedback, you’ll see a search bar and tiles with functions.

1. Search Bar: easily search through all your dashboards using the search bar. 
2. Manage Dashboards: view all the dashboards you’ve created or those shared with you. 
3. Create a Dashboard: create a new dashboard. 
4. Responses: review the feedback you’ve received. 
5. Classification: classify and publish the feedback. 
6. Closed Loop Feedback – Callboard: this is an overview of all assigned feedback. 
7. Closed Loop Feedback – Bucket: this is an overview of all feedback. 
8. Focus Feedback Admin: navigate to the Focus Feedback Admin environment. 
9. Inspiration Center: access the Inspiration Center of Focus Feedback. Here you’ll find tips and tricks related to customer satisfaction, watch tutorial videos of our software and find answers to all your questions. 
10. Export: export feedback from the system to a shareable PDF or Excel file.
