Menu

On the left side of Focus Feedback, you’ll find the menu. Click on the hamburger icon (the icon with three lines) to expand the menu. Now, you’ll see the entire menu with all the available options.

1. Dashboards: you can choose Manage Dashboards, Create Dashboards or Responses.

A dashboard is a collection of charts and tables.

  • Manage Dashboards: managing and viewing dashboards you have created or that have been shared with you;
  • Create Dashboards: create your own dashboards and add charts, tables and widgets.
  • Responses: view the feedback you have received.

2. CL Feedback: this stands for Closed Loop Feedback.

What is Closed Loop Feedback? You can assign feedback that requires follow-up to a responsible party (another user). This user will receive an email notification about it. Within the Closed Loop Feedback module, the system keeps track of the follow-up actions taken and who performed them. This enables structured management of feedback, ensures that the appropriate actions are executed, and provides the capability to report on the actions taken.
In this menu item, you can choose between Bucket & Callboard.

The Bucket contains all received feedback, assigned and unassigned. The Callboard contains all assigned feedback.

 3. Management: you can choose Users & Authorizations, Surveys & Emails settings, Tables, and Advanced settings.

  • Users & Authorizations: create, edit and delete users.
  • Surveys & Emails settings: edit surveys and create email templates.
  • Tables: create and edit your database tables. These tables can be used to translate codes into user-readable text and serve as data that can be used as filter lists in various parts of the application, such as dashboards or classification.
  • Advanced settings: customize other settings.

 4. Classification: you make written feedback more comprehensible by assigning labels and sentiments to it. This means you determine the subject of the feedback and whether it is being discussed positively or negatively. The configuration of labels or label sets is done in a different location.

 5. Export: you extract feedback from the system as a PDF or Excel file.

 6. Admin: the gear icon takes you to Focus Feedback Admin. This environment is connected to Focus Feedback and offers additional capabilities.

 7. Inspiration: you will be directed to the Inspiration Center. Here, you can find manuals, tutorials, release notes, and much more.
