Menu

On the left side of Focus Feedback, you’ll find the menu. Click on the hamburger icon (the icon with three lines) to expand the menu. Now, you’ll see the entire menu with all the available options.

  1. Home: returned to the main menu.

2. Dashboards: you can choose Manage Dashboards, Create Dashboards, Responses, NPS Verbatim Analysis or NPS Performance Overview.

A dashboard is a collection of charts and tables.

  • Manage Dashboards: managing and viewing dashboards you have created or that have been shared with you;
  • Create Dashboards: create your own dashboards and add charts, tables and widgets.
  • Responses: view the feedback you have received.
  • NPS Verbatim Analysis: dive deeper into your data with classified responses
  • NPS Performance Overview: this dashboard enables you to use filters and drill-downs to gain insights into NPS scores down to the individual level, including the associated feedback.

3. CL Feedback: this stands for Closed Loop Feedback.

What is Closed Loop Feedback? You can assign feedback that requires follow-up to a responsible party (another user). This user will receive an email notification about it. Within the Closed Loop Feedback module, the system keeps track of the follow-up actions taken and who performed them. This enables structured management of feedback, ensures that the appropriate actions are executed, and provides the capability to report on the actions taken.
In this menu item, you can choose between Bucket & Callboard.

The Bucket contains all received feedback, assigned and unassigned. The Callboard contains all assigned feedback.

 4. Management: you can choose Users & Authorizations, Surveys & Emails settings, Tables, and Advanced settings.

  • Users & Authorizations: create, edit and delete users.
  • Surveys & Emails settings: create and edit surveys and email templates.
  • Tables: create and edit your database tables. These tables can be used to translate codes into user-readable text and serve as data that can be used as filter lists in various parts of the application, such as dashboards or classification.
  • Advanced settings: customize other settings.

5. Club: this module is used for manual sending.

6. Classification: you choose between Classification or Publish.

  • Classification: written feedback is made insightful by assigning labels and sentiments. You determine the topic of the feedback and whether it is expressed positively or negatively. The setup of labels/label sets is done in a different location.
  • Publish: this module is used to publish feedback.

 7. Export: you extract feedback from the system as a PDF or Excel file.

  • Export Responses: here you export all responses.
  • Export Classification: here you export the classified responses.

 8. Admin: the gear icon takes you to Focus Feedback Admin. This environment is connected to Focus Feedback and offers additional capabilities.

 9. Inspiration: you will be directed to the Inspiration Center. Here, you can find manuals, tutorials, release notes, and much more.
