1. Edit filters: you set the parameters for the respons date, touchpoints, and clubs/brands/projects for which you want to view feedback. You can also filter by Publishable, Published, and Excluded. This allows you to see at a glance which feedback you can still publish, which feedback has already been published, and which feedback you have excluded from publication. You can add additional filters: filter by score and filter by club/project categories.
2. With this functionality, you can mark feedback by placing a checkmark. It is possible to give multiple lines a checkmark.
3. Translate to your language: Choose in which language you would like to read the feedback.
4. Publish: with this button, you publish the feedback line by line. As soon as the feedback is marked as published, it will appear in the completed section. De-publish: you can undo the publishing by clicking the same button.
5. Exclude: this excludes the feedback line by line from publication. As soon as the feedback is marked as excluded, it will appear in the completed section. De-exclude: you can undo the exclusion by clicking the same button.
When you have selected multiple lines, it is possible to:
6.Publish: publish the selected feedback all at once. Undo publishing in bulk.
7. Exclude: exclude the selected feedback all at once from publication. Undo excluding in bulk.
When you have selected 1 line it is possible to:
8. Assign: assign the feedback to a user.
9. Open CLF: open and edit feedback in the Closed Loop Feedback module.
10. Classify: classify the feedback.
