In the top right corner of the screen, you will find three icons as shown in the image below. 

• The first button represents Shared Dashboards. Clicking on it will display the name of the shared dashboard, the person who shared it with you and the date it was shared. If new dashboards have been shared with you, the number of shared dashboards will be displayed next to the icon. 
• The button with the bell and exclamation mark symbolizes News. You can view the latest updates regarding Focus Feedback. 
• Clicking on the speech bubble icon will reveal a list of recently received feedback. The buttons next to it can be used as filters. You can choose between Promoters, Passives, and Detractors. Scrolling down will load more feedback and clicking on the icon with the two arrows will display detailed feedback. 

When Albert AI detects that a customer desires personal contact, another icon appears. This is the leftmost icon that appears at that moment in the header of Focus Feedback.

 

In Focus Feedback, you’ll consistently find a set of buttons on the right side of your screen.

Setting filters: for various functions, you can set your filters.

Refresh: vernieuwen van de pagina. 

Share: sharing feedback. Focus Feedback creates an image of the feedback. You can share this image internally, via social media etc.
