Release notes of June 2th, 2020

Changes in shared dashboards are immediately visible

You’ll find your own created dashboards and the dashboard shared with you by others at “Manage Dashboards”. Until now, another person’s shared dashboard was a snapshot. When that dashboard was changed nobody could see the new changes. The dashboard needed to be shared again to show the new results.

Now, that’s all in the past! We added viewer rights. From now on, shared dashboards are interactive. When the owner of the dashboard makes an adjustment, it immediately shows in the dashboard of the viewers. Nice and efficient, that’s how we like it at Focus Feedback!

Conveniently structure and classify feedback with labels

In addition to all the figures and data that is displayed in dashboards, you’ll also receive very valuable feedback in words. By structuring and classifying the feedback it helps you to get a better insight quicker. In this update, we added a new icon to the menu. By clicking on it, the classification module will show.

With the classification module, you can set filters and classify the feedback. When the filters are set you  can classify the received feedback. See the image below.

Do you recognize this? That’s possible! The Classification module functions identically in the orange setting of the application and can be used simultaneously. This way you collect the NPS, data in dashboards and feedback in words all in one place!

Classifying feedback with multiple users at the same time

When a user is classifying feedback, this feedback is locked for this user for 15 minutes. This means that no other user can classify this feedback. This allows multiple users to classify feedback with the same filters simultaneously. Well, that’s handy!

More insight into feedback details

How you can gain even more insight into feedback details

The “Feedback Chart” provides you with a nice insight into customer reactions. Many of you will already have this set by default on their dashboards.

The  feedback widget shows a customer’s NPS and their responses to the questions “What went well” and “What could we improve”. Now a new icon has been added to the feedback widget: the information button.

When you click on the information button, a pop-up opens (see the image below) which shows an overview of all details and answers to all questions the customer has given. This new feature  allows showing a complete overview of the consumers responds. This way, you will not miss a thing!

Improvements

• Set Default width of all charts to 50% instead of 100% so dashboards can be set up more
easily without needing to change the width on every chart.
• Result filter has been added to the CLF module of the front-end. You can now filter the calls
based on their made results.
• Enabled sender_firstname tag in the automated e-mails that trigger when a CLF call is
assigned to somebody or a result is made.
• Added background color for the NPS number within the CLF details window. The NPS
numbers are now shown with their appropriate segment colors.
• CLF notes are now sorted from top to bottom. When a note is added it shows at the bottom
of the screen. The application automatically scrolls to the bottom to show the latest added
notes.
• CLF system notes in the CLF detail screen are now hidden by default. A button is added
where the user can choose to show only user notes (default), only system notes or all notes
combined.
• Added three new fields to the daily export of all responses of Focus Feedback. The export
now includes the fields: positive feedback, negative feedback and callback flag.
• The fields “reminder after” and “reminders” which allow a user to set the number of
reminders and after how many days that reminder should be sent now show two numbers
instead of one.
