Release notes of April 6th, 2021

Change user profile and password
Hey you! Make your Focus Feedback even more personal. We would like some more information about you so that we can serve you even more personally and make you feel even more at home in Focus Feedback. From now on you will see the profile photos of your colleagues in various modules (if they have added photos!). Handy not to forget what your colleagues look like after working from home for a year!
When feedback has been assigned, someone has posted a note, or performed another action with feedback, you can see at a glance which of your colleagues has been working on it!
For each user, the stored information will now be expanded with a salutation, telephone number, job title, date of birth, work anniversary and profile photo. All values (except the salutation) can only be added by the person validating the email address.
When you are in Focus Feedback, you will see an exclamation mark icon to the left of your initials or profile picture if the profile is missing additional information. Once all data has been added, the icon will disappear.
In addition to the new profile information, an extra function has been added to change your user password from Focus Feedback. You can find this in a tab on the profile page. From now on you will also find the settings for notification emails on your profile page in the third tab.
Feedback overviews in Focus Feedback
In the previous release, we developed a module for notification emails so you never miss any feedback. From now on you can also view the overview of received feedback from Focus Feedback.
- Go to the menu on the left in Focus Feedback.
- Choose ‘Dashboards’
- Choose ‘Responses’
Via the button “dashboards” in the menu on the left, click on responses to go to the feedback overviews. You then choose an overview view:
- New feedback (shows all feedback from today)
- Daily feedback (shows all feedback from yesterday)
- Weekly feedback (shows all feedback from last week)
- Monthly feedback (shows all feedback from last month)
- Custom (here you can set filters of the feedback you want to view)
Very useful if you want to quickly view the feedback of a certain period!
Improvements
- Added tooltips to call icons for desktop users.
- Transformed the right sidebar menu to dynamically showcase the different icons on all devices for all modules.
- Improved the Bucket page and added a new button to switch between table and card view. Card view also showcases the feedback and NPS score within the bucket page.
- The three Bain dashboards (NPS verbatim analysis, NPS performance overview and Callback selector) have a new information icon next to the dashboard title. Clicking the information icons gives the user a pop-up with additional information and links to corresponding pages within the inspiration center.
- New Avatar addition within the user profile is added and visible within the bucket, call board, and clf detail pages.
- Classification labels set by the global environment always show on top of the list. Local labels are sorted after the activated global labels. (BSH)
- The Latest Feedback pop-up had a restriction to only show feedback with text. This restriction has now been lifted and the pop-up now showcases all feedback received.
- Week numbers within the date pickers from Focus Feedback Admin are set to the European standard where weeks start from Monday instead of Sunday.
- Product Journey logic now includes a Product group to check if a customer is unique together with RIS-number. This enables one RIS number to open surveys for the Product Journey for each type of appliance. (BSH)
Fixes
- Home screen search bar for dashboards did not have the pop-up menu on touch devices.
- Pop-up modals with overlay now show completely on the screen for devices with a small height but large width.
- Fixed an issue where the forgot password functionality did not function if the user had not added an email address within the login form.
- Feedback on the responses page showed feedback break lines differently between normal view and when one response was opened by a user.
- Resolved an instance where the story widget follow-up page showed all content doubled with certain screen resolutions.
- Pressing previous in your browser from home now re-directs properly to the choose company page.
- Scrolling enabled within the shared dashboard pop-up modal.
- Score filter now showcases correct data when used on a feedback widget.
- Resolved an issue in the export module when exporting a survey without NPS question.
- Fixed an issue concerning saving the thank-you email subject field within Focus Feedback Admin.
- Issue resolved in showing data for multiple-choice charts.
- The date filter within the classification module sorts the different months vertically.
