Parent Companies: it’s now possible to combine accounts in one parent company

Have you ever heard of the term ‘parent companies’? It’s a bit of a technical term, but probably the name already gives away a bit about the new feature that we have added to Focus Feedback.

A parent company allows multiple Focus Feedback accounts to be clustered. Users of this parent company can create charts and dashboards on data from all underlying companies in their Focus Feedback environment. You can use this if you want to cluster the data of multiple branches or regions in one parent company. For example for the Nordics, Region North America, or Region DACH.

Do you want to combine data? Please contact your IT department to have a parent company created. You can then create charts and dashboards with data from different companies. The ‘new parent company account’ is created by us in collaboration with the BSH IT department. You will receive access and from then on, you can start using it yourself.

Data labels are now saved

You can highlight several values in your dashboards to make it clearer or more convenient for yourself. In the past, this was not saved for the next time. That is included in this release!

The following values are now stored in your dashboards:

1. The activation of data labels

2. The activation or deactivation of lines in a graph or bar

3. The sorting

This also applies to the dashboards that you share with others. You can now share an exact copy including all set values. This allows the user who received a dashboard to see exactly how the creator wanted to display the dashboard.

Assigning classifications in Focus Feedback

After adding the classification to Focus Feedback in the last update, we have now also added the assignment functionality to this module.

You can now assign feedback to users by clicking the “Assign” button. A pop-up will appear, in which you can assign feedback to another user in the Closed-Loop Feedback Module. That user then receives an automatic mail as usual with the CLF module.

Improvements

• It is now possible to copy a dashboard URL and share it with a colleague. When this colleague
has a user account and the dashboard is shared
• Added a warning when the most recent feedback module is open, that the scrolling
functionalities wont work when the browser is zoomed past 100%
• When sharing a dashboard with a colleague the logged in user is now deleted form the list.
This makes it impossible to share a dashboard with yourself.

Fixes

• We hebben het probleem opgelost waarbij het pop-up detailscherm van de feedbackwidget
een afwijkende breedte had in Internet Explorer.
• Sommige schermwisselingen gaven een leeg scherm op Safari, dat hebben we verholpen.
• De Closed Loop Feedback opmerkingen waren verborgen als het detailscherm werd geopend,
dat is nu niet meer het geval.
• De module voor het herstellen van het wachtwoord op hetzelfde scherm werkte niet goed,
ook dit hebben we opgelost.
