Feedback notifications: never miss any feedback
Focus Feedback is continuously filled with feedback from your customers. However, we can imagine that you do not refresh the page every hour to keep an eye on this feedback. That is why we have developed a feedback notification module with which you never have to miss any feedback. After activation, you will receive email notifications and updates of newly received feedback, right in your own email inbox.
You can choose which feedback you want to receive an email notification about. Filter based on scores, touchpoints, projects, and project category. You can also set the desired frequency yourself. Choose a notification for every customer response, or would you prefer a daily, weekly, or monthly update? Or maybe all options!
How does this work? The settings can be found via the gear at the top left of the Focus Feedback menu next to your name. To help you with the settings as best as possible, we show you in this video how to activate the notifications and set your preferences.
Is the gear icon next to your name not yet visible? Then use the shortcut keys SHIFT F5 simultaneously to refresh the page.

Efficiently track feedback with the new Callback filter
Are you going to follow up on feedback? Now you can apply a filter to show feedback based on the answer on the callback question within the survey. You’ll find the new ‘Callback filter’ in the Bucket of Focus Feedback’s CLF module. By using this filter, you can avoid misunderstandings and it makes working on Closed Loop Feedback even more efficient.
Dealer ID mapping product journeys (customized for BSH)
In the last update we enabled countries to save a Dealer ID when using the product journey URL’s. In this release we added a mapping table to Focus Feedback Admin. Here users can map the dealer ID to a name and email address. By mapping the dealers, it enables users to use these values as filters within charts or exporting the data in Focus Feedback.
Data model Automatic classification (customized for BSH)
We created an API which allows BSH to interact with the Focus Feedback application. Responses can be extracted from the Focus Feedback system. After extraction, BSH puts the feedback through a data model which connects classification labels to responses. After classifying, BSH can push the responses and classification labels back to the Focus Feedback system.
Improvements
• Users are now able to highlight up to 15 Topics in the Insights module of Focus Feedback Admin, instead of 5 in the previous version.
• It is now possible to add double-optout logic for each brand. Within the settings of Focus Feedback admin an opt-out link per brand can be added to the application. When a consumer clicks the opt-out link in the email they will be unsubscribed from Focus Feedback first, and after this the consumer is redirected to the opt-out page selected per brand.
• A new tag [touchpoint] is added to the system mail templates. This tag enables users to use the touchpoints internal name as a dynamic value in their internal emails.
• Users were allowed to remove email templates that were still connected to a survey. To minimize possible problems the email template now first needs to be disconnected from the survey before a user can delete it.
Fixes
• Visit date was shown as value in the email send-out from the report mailer even if the user had selected response date.
• Users that logged into the Focus Feedback application and had no dashboards on their name, got an eternal spinner on the home page when selecting the search bar. The home page now shows an error message instead.
• Breadcrumbs did not properly update when the user navigated back to the Home-screen.
• Password rules are shown when a user’s password expired.
• “Assigned to” value did not show the proper value within the Closed Loop Feedback module of Focus Feedback Admin.
• Shared to and shared by values were empty in the manage dashboard section after editing dashboard details. The values are now saved correctly.
