Functionalities added to the blacklist
Added new functionalities create, delete and import to the blacklist
The blacklist functionality allows users to see everybody who unsubscribe through Focus Feedback from the surveys. People who unsubscribe are visible for three months until their data gets encrypted. We improved the module by adding a create/edit and delete functionality. It is also possible to upload a .CSV or .XLSX file to import a batch of data into the blacklist.
Reshape of the Gaggenau survey page
The Gaggenau survey page got a new and improved reshape. All countries using Gaggenau surveys will be switched to the new global Gaggenau layout. The new layout consist of color and image changes and also improves the survey question layouts to work more intuitive. This reshape also makes sure all Gaggenau surveys around the world look identical.
New table CLF results
Added a new table CLF results to the table section (BSH only)
The Close Loop Feedback module needs a result before a CLF call can be closed. We added the table which allows users to create edit and delete the possible CLF results for their application to Focus Feedback. (BSH)
Extra filter within email notifications
Product division filter within email notifications
The product division filter which was already added in many modules has also been added to the email notification module. This means users can filter their email notification to only trigger on certain product division values.
Improvements and Fixes
- Resolved an issue where the new Share Feedback as image feature added in the last release did not work if a response was not connected to a project/club.
- Responses with classification labels set by AI and then removed by a user are now filtered out of classification reports like the verbatim analysis dashboard and the classification chart.
- In certain modules data will now be hidden depending on the user group connected to projects or clubs. This impacts the modules: Mailing List, Publish, Contact Customer.
- The mapping table order channel and sales channel when importing data it now returns the correct import columns.
- Added the Project/Club filter to the mailing list for applications with company type Bouw or Sport.
- Resolved a issue where responses being classified by AI and running the custom categories module the returned custom categories still showed as already classified responses within the classification module.
- Changed the API call nps_responses to also return the data when the request is a POST request instead of a GET request.
- Added a new functionality within the NPS Verbatim Analysis Treemap chart to show the selected sub classification labels by changing the colors to blue after a label is selected.
- Saving and updating saved views within the Export module has been improved to make sure the view is updated with the correct properties.
- Resolved some minor issues within the Focus Feedback tables to make sure when the save icon or create icons are selected multiple times in a row the application only accepts the first request.
- Within the Export module the pagination worked differently between table view and card view. The Focus Feedback application now handles both views in the exact same way.
- Resolved some minor issues around the callback filter within the export module to properly return the correct data.
- The automatic AI classification was looking at all active sub-labels. This logic has been improved that when the parent label is de-selected, all the sub-labels are automatically seen as not selected.
- Removing all records from a page within the Tables resulted in a “No data” placeholder. The application now directly shows the next page when a full page is deleted.
- Resolved an issue with the search bar in the Export module now the application remembers the searched value when switching between table and card view or switching between sorting order.
- Fixed an issue around the pagination within the mapping table module the application now properly displays the next page when selected.
- Optimized the export classification module to load in data faster by changing some data selection methods.
- Resolved multiple application problems when the application was opened with the Mozilla Firefox or the Safari browser.
- Added to possibility to import data for the new tables order channel and sales channel.
- The table chart within the NPS Verbatim Analysis dashboard is now able to properly display data when the period is longer than a year. For example when a period has two times the month January it now properly displays the data instead of combining the data because of the identical label name.
- The classification module displays an icon if a label is set by AI or a user. This function has also been enabled for all application types.
- When changing the order of the columns within the export module the column order can now be saved within a view to make sure next time that view is loaded in the saved column order will be displayed directly.
- The Focus Feedback AI modules only worked when the classification module was activated. The modules now have been split which means they can function individually from each other.
