Information buttons Focus Feedback

Making things easier and more fun, that’s our focus. With that in mind, we have added information buttons in Focus Feedback.

Do you have questions about the possibilities or functionalities on a page in Focus Feedback? Now you can immediately find more information by clicking on the question mark icon in the right menu. You will find a direct link to the corresponding manual or instruction video in the Inspiration Center. Handy don’t you think?

Improvements to the Classification and Potential & Like graphs

We have optimized the graphs Classification and Potential & Like. At the first glance, you may not see any major differences, but there are certainly improvements.

The Feedback is now loaded based on pages. The first 20 responses are automatically loaded. At the bottom, you can load another 20 responses with the button ‘more feedback’. This improves the loading speed of the graph. You can also see in the wink of an eye the total number of responses from the number of available pages.

Feedback notifications expanded with more functionalities

Last month, we introduced email notifications so that you will receive e-mails when new feedback is available for you. On the notification pages, that you can reach via the link in the notification email, we’ve added three new action buttons to all individual responses. This allows the user to:

  • Assign feedback directly to a user
  • Get started with classifying the feedback right away
  • Follow up on feedback immediately in the Closed Loop Feedback module

Not only will you never miss any feedback. You can also take immediate action.

Multiple connectors available

This is a new functionality we created especially for BSH and it contains a connection with Netigate.

Until now it was only possible for BSH to have one connector running per company. For example one BSH country could only run one connection to the Netigate connector. Focus Feedback developed the possibility to generate multiple connectors per BSH country. This will allow one BSH company to connect multiple surveys to multiple Netigate connectors. 

Improvements

  • We added ‘Product Area’ as a new filter to the classification module in Focus Feedback. (BSH)
  • We added ‘Product Area’ and ‘Brand’ as new filters in the Bain Dashboards in Focus Feedback Admin (NPS performance overview, NPS verbatim analysis and the Callback Selector). (BSH)
  • Multiple choice questions coming in through the Connectors tab (Netigate) are matched on identical text. This was not working when dynamic values as ‘Brand’ where used. We fixed this by accepting all brands known for a company when the dynamic field [companyname] is placed. (BSH)
  • Focus Feedback now saves your set filters when you switch between different modules (Manage Dashboards, Dashboards, Home). Only when you open the Bucket or the Classification module the set filters will refresh.
  • Changes were made to the responses/notification page to improve load time by showing part of the loaded data before all data requests are finished. The responses page (new Feedback, daily, weekly and monthly) now show the complete answers instead of only the frist 100 characters of the anwser.

Fixes

  • The notification that were send after new Feedback was received, have a 2 hour threshold, this function was not working together with the filters set. 
  • The Report Mailer in Focus Feedback Admin had an issue which has been resolved when everything was selected and send in one batch.  
  • Report Mailer in Focus Feedack Admin showed ‘Visit Date’ in the email even if the user set ‘Response Date’ as date field. 
  • The Brands chart in Focus Feedback Admin did not show correct values in the bottom table concerning the amount of completed responses for periods. (BSH)
