Release notes of november 14th 2023

It’s release notes time again! Are you curious about what we have updated and how it works? Then read the full release notes.

Quadrant Chart NPS Verbatim Analysis Dashboard

The NPS Verbatim Analysis dashboard is updated. It shows you two tabs: Treemap and Quadrant Chart.

  • The Treemap operates like you’re used to, only without the Scatter Plot.
  • The new Quadrant Chart is a new way to dive deep into your hidden data. The matrix sorts topics by frequency and NPS. It highlights the topics with the most influence on your overall NPS.

When hovering over a topic, the top bar updates (showing the NPS, number of comments, and segmentation of the score) to see more in-depth data.

New: The Quadrant Chart has a play mode. You can play data over time and see how topics have changed over time. Select a period and see how much the NPS and the number of responses have changed compared to the previous period.

Select a classification group and click on a sub-label. The Quadrant Chart uses the Scatter Plot to dive deep into that sub-label. It shows the path it has taken over time and gives you the possibility to compare different sub-labels in one chart.

On the page of the Quadrant chart, you can see the actual feedback at the bottom of the page when a sublabel is selected. Here you can read feedback related to the selected topic.

API connection Focus Feedback PIM API

At request, we made a connection with BSH’s PIM product API. Twice a day, all data in the database is collected and sent to the PIM API, to check product information based on the corresponding E-number. From the PIM API, the Product Area, and Product Division, fields are collected and saved in the Focus Feedback database.

Operating systems and devices are saved

We save on which device and operating system a respondent completes a survey. These values are added to the Focus Feedback interface, export, and responses API. You can filter the dashboards on devices and operating systems. We never store any location data or an IP-address of the respondent. Only the Operating System and devices are saved.

Total number to NPS segments and multiple choice charts

The charts for NPS Segments and the charts for additional survey questions have been changed. Data labels show the percentages, but they also include the total number of feedbacks per answer.

Automatic feedback classification optimization

We’ve made some changes to the automatic feedback classification:

  • You can activate the classification per touchpoint.
  • You can add an application-wide minimum confidence level.
  • The widget identifies when feedback is not relevant. It will skip classifying this data instead of adding labels.

These are backend changes. If you want to use these optimizations, you can contact us.

Total number of unique responses

We added the number of unique responses to our classification widget. This gives you a better understanding of the calculation of the numbers.

Added CSAT and CES to the Story Widget

You can display the score of the CSAT or CES questions in your story widget.

Mailing List changes

  • You can filter the mailing list based on touchpoints, creation date, and status.
  • The speed has been greatly improved.
  • Date formats have been updated to a more readable format.
  • Information in the mailing list is updated. Status and errors are now shown. This enables you to identify which record the system has tried to send, and why a record was not sent to a respondent.
  • General loader and error messages have been added to show what the application is working on.
