Release notes of October 12th, 2020
In this release, we’ve been busy developing a story widget. This feature is now active for some of our customers. The developments are fast so it will be available to ALL customers in the short term. We can’t wait! Read the release notes, and stay tuned because more is coming soon.
In this release note you can read about the following new functions:
- Classification on mobile and tablet
- A shortcut to the Closed Loop Feedback & Classification module
- More details about feedback with the Closed Loop Feedback module
Classification available on mobile and tablet
CLF and Classification button for the latest feedback
In Focus Feedback you will receive a notification at the top right of your screen of the latest feedback that has been received for your organization. The speech bubble with the exclamation mark has been known to you for some time now. This feature has now been extended with 2 handy shortcuts.
The shortcuts navigate directly to the Closed Loop Feedback and Classification of that specific feedback record. To be specific: the left icon with the arrows directs you to the CLF module and the right label icon navigates to the Classification. This will save you a lot of time!
More details about feedback with the Closed Loop Feedback module
The Closed Loop Feedback module already showed a lot of information, but now it is even more! In this update we have made sure that you have now collected all the details of 1 feedback item. A lot of our customers ask more questions in addition to our default three questions (NPS, Improvements and What-went-well questions). You can now easily find the answers to these questions in the CLF module of Focus Feedback.
Click on the ‘survey questions’ tab, there you will find the answers to all the questions from the respondent.
Improvements
- When assigning feedback to users or sharing your dashboard with users, the user list is now ordered by the alphabet instead of ID.
- When deleting a dashboard that is shared with one or more users the application now gives you a warning that deleting the dashboard has implications for other users.
- Dashboards that are shared with other users now have that information presented within the Manage Dashboards tab of Focus Feedback.
- Added the CLF summary and a way to edit this field to the CLF call details screen, which allows users to edit the summary more easily.
Fixes
- Text that exceeded the screen height in the classification module was producing a scroll error. Scroll within the element has been added to Focus Feedback.
- When entering Focus Feedback from Focus Feedback Admin the user ID was not saved. Because of this CLF tickets assigned to yourself did not show up directly in the application.
- Closing or logging out of the application after deleting a single chart in a dashboard without saving resulted in the entire dashboard being deleted.
- Fixed a bug in the Verbatim Analysis Dashboard where the period “week” did not show the data properly per period.
- Opening the department pop-up window in the survey details was not opening for new surveys.
- Fixed an issue where the import template was not filtered properly based on the company type of the current user.
