It’s release time again! Are you curious about what we have updated and how it works? Then read the full release notes.

Discover the new features from Albert AI

In addition to automatic classification, we have added a few more functions to Albert AI. You can enable or disable these features yourself. Read all about our new features:

  • Improved classification
Due to some changes, Albert AI now classifies your feedback even better. Albert now handles short answers and sarcasm even better.
  • Contact alert
Albert signals when your customer wants personal contact. Based on the feedback, Albert will send you a notification to contact your customer. This is done via a new warning button in the Focus Feedback header:

    Notification contact alert

  • Translate feedback
Do you receive feedback in multiple languages? From now on Albert AI easily translates feedback into your desired language to read and understand all feedback.
  • Classification based on touchpoints
Easily enable or disable classification for different touchpoints. This allows you to decide for yourself which touchpoint classification is required.

Change in feedback publishing

Previously you published feedback for your story widget via our “Classification Module”. From now on you can easily do this via our new “Publish Module”. You can find the new Module on the home screen or within the menu. Here you can see the feedback received in one overview. With this new Module, you have the option to publish or exclude feedback in bulk.

Publish Module

The data shown in your “Publication Module” depends on your settings. Have you chosen to publish feedback only with Strengths? Then only the Strengths are visible. This also works the other way around.

Easily share feedback

From now on you can easily share feedback. We have implemented a new button everywhere you can read feedback:

Share button

Based on your settings, Focus Feedback creates an image of the data. You can copy this image and easily share it on your social channels, internally, or on your intranet. Note: sharing customer feedback online must align with your organization’s GDPR policy and may require additional opt-ins from your customer. The image looks as follows:

Only export feedback with text

With our new filter option in the “Export Module”, you can choose to only export data where a customer has left feedback with text. All feedback without text will be filtered from the “Export Module”.

Adjustment of employee data user rights

If a user does not have user rights to view employee data in the CLF, Classification, Export, and Response Modules, these users can no longer create graphs based on employee data.

Narrowcasting Dashboard changes

We made some changes to our “Narrowcasting Dashboard”:

  • Faster loading time for local casting
Does your Narrowcasting run locally and not globally? We have made a minor adjustment that allows your data to load faster than before.
  • Ignoring feedback without verbatim
Feedback, where the customer has not left text, will be filtered from both global and local dashboards.

Change in your Project/Club’s thank you message

The function to send a thank you email per project or club has changed. Originally the feature was created to allow you to send specific coupon codes for a project or club. We have adjusted this so that you can now easily send thank-you emails for any project or club, without active coupon codes in the system.

Improvements

  • We have implemented a fix in the manual import for the “Project/Club Module”.
  • In the latest feedback, “No Data” is now displayed when no textual response is given.
  • In the response details, [object] was shown instead of the correct value. This has been resolved.
  • The last user added in bulk is now displayed in the import view.
  • For new users, Modules are immediately visible upon first account activation.
  • When resetting your password, it is clear why a password is not accepted.
  • The names of the four quadrants within the “Verbatim Analysis Dashboard Quadrant Chart Tab” have been changed.
  • We have resolved an issue with saving “Email Notification filters”.
  • An overlay has been added when opening the pop-up for the latest feedback to disable all background buttons.
  • The “Exclude Button” in the application remains visible, also after refreshing the application.
  • When selecting a date in the filters, the date cannot be in the future. For clarity, the current date is highlighted.
  • When filtering by response date within the “Export Module”, data is now returned correctly.
  • In the “Response Details” section, the postal code is now visible.
  • Within the “User Module”, we have added extra information that shows which company owns a particular group.
  • Our “Last Month” filter option returned incorrect data for a month with less than 30 days. This has been resolved.
  • Focus Feedback now works optimally again in the Safari browser. The minor bugs have been fixed.
  • The calendar in the filters now always uses the standard English date notation [dd/mm/yyyy].
  • The A-Z and Z-A sorting options have been removed from Widgets so the list is based on numbers.
  • The “Select All” icon in the “Bucket Module” works as it should again.
  • The clear filter button within the widget filters setting page has been updated to properly clear all set filters and return them to their default values.
  • In the “Classification Module”, you can open a report that immediately shows which labels have been assigned which sentiments. However, a label can also contain multiple sentiments. If this is the case, they are now displayed on separate lines.
  • The AI information pop-up is now aligned on the right so feedback can be viewed better when it’s open.
  • We have disabled the ability to change the width and position of charts when the user has viewing rights and is not the owner of a dashboard.
